She played the role of mother of Ashley Collins (played by Nicole Fox) as the adolescent, lesbian who's self-harm behavior turned off her lovers. Stacy described Ashley's issues with her emotions in a way that highlighted the fact that her father had been abusive to Ashley as a child.
